[dev] jonah update error

Hi Jan.
Thanks for your reply. I thought there were two ways to update Jonah
information, one as the web server user (which requires write access to
the data files) and one as the local root (which would not require the
web server user to have write access).
update.sh has a web browser (lynx) calling backend.php, but not calling
cli-backend.php. I figured that cli-backend.php meant it was a
command-line-interface to backend.php.
Am I completely confused?
