[dev] error opening up head

You often get pages like this in Mozilla (Netscape 6.2) when you are being
redirected to another page, so my guess is that for some reason it can't reach
the destination it's being redirected to. What's the url that the buttons down
the bottom point to, does it sound reasonable?
