does CVS head now require php-4.1.x for htmlspecialchars()?

	o Using CVS head all modules:

	o Feb 1 change using extra params version of
		PHP-4.1.x htmlspecialchars() in

/horde/imp/lib/MIME/Viewer/text.php

		causes wrong param count with PHP-4.0.6

	o CVS head now requires PHP-4.1.x?

	Hope not ...
