I've submitted the following proposal:

"Open Source Project Infrastructure"

While SourceForge is one popular way of hosting an open source
project's infrastructure, a number of projects choose to manage
their own source trees, web and FTP sites, mailing lists, and
general development and support systems.

This presentation will focus on methods for developing such an
infrastructure for your own project using open source tools. The
Horde Project, a large open source PHP-based project, will be
used as a case study to illustrate the points of the discussion.

Topics to be covered in detail include:
- mailing lists
- source code management with CVS
- web and FTP sites (including mirroring)
- bug / ticket tracking systems
