Not currently. This is HEAD. You can use RELENG_* if you want the old behavior, 
or send a patch for HEAD - Jan, it does make sense to me to have an option to 
not use the frameset.

Also, for Jan: I've found some inconsistencies with the frameset, for instance 
when a login fails...
