You can grab a translation in French for Troll from:
<URL:http://pompo.net/horde/troll/locale.tar.gz>
<URL:http://pompo.net/horde/troll/po.tar.gz>
Remark: some sentences are not translated, because _('...') is not used
everywhere.
e.g.:
threadoverview.php:$title = _("Thread Overview");
threadoverview.php:echo '<td class="header"><b>Thread Overview</b></td>';
but it is a beginning...
