[dev] Turba Lists Patch Complete

Okay.. first go at a patch for Turba to a allow Distribution Lists.
It's a pretty major change to browse.php... 

At the address below is the imp patch i posted eariler, a turba patch and an
archive with the new files in (all templates and one image).

Note that two extra fields have been added in the source backend. You'll need to
modify you config/sources.php and also update your backend is needed. For mysql
the two new columns are:
   object_type varchar(255) NOT NULL default '',
   object_members blob,

The code is backwards compatible as far as i know... i.e. your existing contacts
will work fine.

There's also a screen shot of the new browse screen at the same address if you
just want to have a look :-)
