Yes, you can set any application as public in the registry
(config/registry.php). This won't really work with every application, if
they depend on a valid username or login like IMP or Gollem (FTP client).
But for apps like Jonah (headlines) or Chora (CVS browser) it definitely
makes sense. Perhaps you know http://cvs.php.net/ ? :-)
