[dev] Random Signature Patch

A patch is available for IMP HEAD that this address:

The diff you apply as usual and lib.zip contains a two new files to be extracted
(maintaining folders) to imp/lib/ folder.

The patch allows users to choose to have a random signature added to their
emails like the one on this email. The option is on a per identity basis, and
the user can choose which category the want their signature picked from. 

The only driver written so far is a driver to retrieve from siglets.com but it's
a very simple API and a SQL driver or file driver could be easily implemented.
