[dev] more IMP for Windows

Ok,

most of IMP is now working, but I have two problems left (composition and
saving preferences). I started with saving preferences.

I have used the db script (horde/scripts/db/prefs.sql) to create a table in
a db  and I uncommented the example code in horde.php, entered server,
username etc. I placed this table in a db already used for the site I want
to use IMP for and not in a database called horde.

When I change the "prefs-driver" to "sql" i get an error message when
loading the login page.

What would be the reason for this response? As of now I don't know where to
look or start digging.
