[dev] mnemo problem

Don't know if there is a mnemo list -- if so I'm not on it -- so I'm posting
it here.

The "notconfigured" check in mnemo (HEAD) checks for a html.php file, but there 
is no html.php.dist file in the mnemo cvs checkout.  So either someone needs
to create a html.php.dist file, or someone needs to remove the check for it
from the configuration checking...
