[dev] IMP remote login

I have to login into IMP passing username and password form an external
(no PHP) page.

With IMP 2.2 I used to call the "remote_login.php3" page, now with IMP
3.1 I call the "redirect.php" page.

Anyway, I noticed that this new method requires that the "server"
variable is explicitly passed.

Why every other parameter (apart from imapuser and pass) can be omitted
but not "server"?
Is it a bug?
