[dev] VFS_SQL Rename and Delete fix

I made some small changes, plus a major change to rename and delete folder.
I have it so that rename also renames all the folders paths underneath it to
the correct new path.  Delete folder now recursively goes through the folder
and deletes all folders and files within it.  Email me with quetions.
