I don't think it makes much sense to have user defined categories seperately
for each application. They should be shared by all applications.

One (very quick solution) would be to rename the category preference in Nag
and Mnemo to horde_categories and make it a shared preference.

The second solution that makes more sense to me but is more work to
implement, would be to use Horde's category backend instead of making
seperate ones for each application.

Btw, whatever we take should also be used in Kronolith that already knows of
categories but has no user interface to them.
