Looks cool. I'm not entirely sold on the name =), but I'd love to have it
in CVS to start hacking on it.

This is definitely a plus - my only concern with this is what kind of
searching capabilities are available, and how intensive it is?

That'd be pretty interesting - maybe as alternate drivers, for now? If it
works well enough, though, I can see having that be the default/only
backend.
