A couple of notes on the creation of conf.php by xml in head (IMP).
only mentioned for a TODO list, if they are considered needing to be fixed.

In the 'Menu setting' and 'Mail server setting' (last option) where there
is a list to choose from (ie. what icons in the menu and to enable any
folder hierarchy) once you have chosen something you cannot go back and
'not' choose anything. ie. once you hit any of the option, you cannot then
unselect that 'nothing' is selected.

under 'user capabilities and constraints'
the two fields where you can place alternate login / logout urls.
the text says 'if this is non-empty...'
therefore making these fields empty (instead of 'false') is not accepted.
when the form is committed it comes back marking these as incomplete, and
'false' thus has to be entered.

tried with IE6 and mozilla 1

cheers,
tim.
