Okay, 'Horde db user' in this case == PgSQL superuser, so there shouldn't
be any permissions problems ... and I've rebuilt the database and
restarted the server, just so that I could monitor the logs to see if any
errors are being generated about permissions, and there were none that I
could find, only the fact taht the _seq doesn't exist ...
