[dev] Accessiblity Keys

I just tried this in IE, just to make sure.  In IE, it works as well, but you
have to press enter after the AccessKey.  So accesskey="C" would be
<META>+C<enter>. 

P.S.  I use Mozilla all the time, which is where the original test occured.
