[dev] S/MIME again

Okay, I create some help files for S/MIME.  Not yet sure how it is supposed
to work, so the help may be a bit off.  But as I learn, I'll update the help.

So what is the extent of S/MIME support?  I don't see any way to send
signed/encrypted messages, so I suppose we only have read support and not 
write/send support?  If so, how complete is the read support? (sign, encrypt,
or both?)
