[dev] S/MIME again

Signed and Encrypted should both work... i don't think i tried a
signed/encrypted message. you'll need to have set your private key for enrypted
ones to be decrypted.

The encrypt and sign code is in the library so someone just needs to add the UI
to compose and it should work.
