Not sure why this was sent to me personally. Horde HEAD does remove the menu
frame. However, you cannot redirect to a target - that concept is wrong.

I'm going to call this a mini-bug....

When you log out you, you should be redirecting to the login page with a
target of _top to remove the menus.
Kind of silly to leave all the menus showing if the person has logged out of
horde.
