[dev] Menus... What else....

The menus don't work on IE5.1/mac OSX.  The first time I clicked on 'Mail/
Contacts' some submenus showed up, but then the page refreshed immediately & 
there were no submenus.  After that, anything I clicked on just refreshed the 
menu frame.
