[dev] Replacement for Horde summary.

Hi all :-)

This afternoon I've been playing with the Jonah portal stuff and moved it into
Horde as a possible replacement for the current summary.

I have a test up at

A the moment it is setup to allow applications to return more then one summary
block. The motivation for this is that i don't like the Jonah stocks bit, as it
has no relavance to me :-) 

In the test i have, Jonah can return a headline block (showing just the selected
headline), and a current weather block (a dump of current mater values). Nag
ande Imp can return their current summaries.

The portal admin allows them to be added, moved around, edited, removed, no
support for spanning row or columns but this would probably be needed eventually.
