It's up to you how you want to proceed. It sounds like a good contribution;
if you want to do things with our infrastructure, then propose a module
name, send some code, and we'll get it in CVS, get you a CVS account, set up
a mailing list, etc. If you want to develop it more on your own, that's fine
too.

Just let us know what you need.
