[dev] convert_imp_filters.php problems

Hello,

i was converting old imp filters to ingo filters today and faced some problems.
convert script makes new blacklist to delete all files from INBOX, however i had
not any rules in my old blacklist. checked my horde_prefs table in database and
found this:

ingo | blacklist | a:2:{s:1:"a";a:1:{i:0;s:0:"";}s:1:"f";s:0:"";}

near my username.

isn't it suppose to be a:2:{s:1:"a";a:0:{}s:1:"f";s:0:"";} like in
ingo/config/prefs.php ?

maybe i'm doing something wrong?
