Personally, I think that things that logically belong together, or that 
are in a specific 'view' together should be in the same category.
I also think that if 'categories' grow further there should be a way to 
(visually, at least) subdivide them. ie. have Optional Titles..

There are two possible approaches, imo:

- Group together what is displayed together
- Group together what belongs together in a task- or workflow sense.
- Global Options, that affect more than one application should imo go to 
a global settings dialog

As stated above, if we bloat the categories further, we'd need a way to
