[dev] Horde 2.2.4?

While I'm rolling IMP 3.2.2, should we release Horde 2.2.4 also?  2.2.4 has,
most important, the getCleanSession() code which prevents against session
fixation episodes which IMHO is an important enough fix to justify a
release.
