Patch at the url fixes many inconsistencies, strange/unusual
translations, and language blunders in imp/po/cs_CZ.po.

I sent it to the list three days ago, it was quarantined because of its
size, and bounced by the list admin today with "make it smaller". Hope
bzip2 is sufficient compression.
