In Horde (php 4.3.3 - horde 2.x and head) generated html i saw a strange
situation the chars & bad inserted

Example:

<script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript"
src="/horde/javascript.php?file=menu.js&amp;app=horde"></script>

This is not a great problem (i think) in this situation... but on (for
example) translated text problem occour

Example:

&amp;egrave;

right is &egrave;

Already Asked?? A solution for this?? A my php bug?? Some options??
