That could be interesting, but the way I read your post you have
implemented a quota feature for the SQL VFS backend.  Is that it ?  In
contrast, the IMP Quota class only to report about quota usage, not
enforce them, so they would unrelated.  Care should be given however to
avoid namespace clash.

Since my patch is quite intusive, you may want to take a look at it and
see how it would impact you own changes.

AFAIC, a quota feature the SQL VFS backend could be very usefull.  I'll
have a use for that.
