Is there some kind soul out there that could possibly find the time in
their extremely busy schedule to complete Skeleton and ensure it is
functional?

Is there anything I can do within my limited PHP skills and almost zero
Horde knowledge to help with this?  Moral support? Praise? I'd offer money
but I've already reached my  limit of blood donations this month :)

I had 5 business apps that did work in Horde 3 days ago but now do not.
This does not come as a big surprise, Its CVS after all.  But quite
frankly,  with the latest changes I'm completely clueless.  I've had a
small measure of success of following some of the smaller horde apps like
vacation or passwd, but my horde seems to think the user accessing my
pathetic application is not authenticated and brings up the login screen.

A simple to follow Skeleton that is not convoluted is some esoteric horde
php classes that confuse me would be an absolute life saver.  Current
skeleton is still incomplete, and I cannot get it to work. So I'm still
clueless and my poor application  sits in the horde tree doing a good job
of getting me to the horde login prompt with a minimal of effort :-(

I'm really kinda frustrated with all this PHP stuff.  The years I spent
writing assembler was easy, but this OO PHP class stuff is a little out
of my realm of understanding.  *sigh*.  Why is it I find writing a device
driver in C to be so trivial, yet this PHP OO stuff so difficult to
follow?  I guess I'm just too old.

I just wanted to remind you guys who are experts at this that Skeleton can
make a difference between being able to use your wonderful work, or
morons like me beating our heads against the wall in frustration.  Since
I am attempting to learn PHP and Horde at the same time, having a simple,
easy to follow Skeleton would make all the difference in the world.

What can I do to help motivate this need into something useful?
