[dev] IMP Attachment check

It would be great if someone could code a check for the IMP composition page
where a warning popup box will come up if you have something in an
Attachment File field and then hit Send before you actually attach the
file.  I've made this mistake more than 1 time...

Anybody with more JS skills than I do could probably whip this up in 5
minutes or less.
