[dev] MIME driver types

I was tinkering with the webcpp driver this weekend and noticed that many of
its registered filetypes (in mime_drivers.php.dist) are in the x-extension
format, not the actual MIME types listed in mime.mapping.php.

This means that those files won't be handled by webcpp - their "real" MIME
type should be listed instead. Would changing all of these x-extension types
to the real ones listed in mime.mapping.php be a sane thing to do?
