[dev] Groups and History?

Hi,

In thor project's teams are managed via horde groups.
To allow a better user tracking it would be necessary
to know when a particular developer joined the
project, which sub-groups the user has worked on etc..
That could perfectly be coded inside thor, but I
wonder whether there are any other applications that
could/would be interested in such a feature. If there
are some, it could be better to offer such a feature
directly in the groups management system instead of a
per-app approach.

Any other application? opinions?
