Reverted. This broke Mozilla badly because the "BODY" in CSS is the
currently displayed content of a page not the whole page/frame. Thus the
content was delimited by the content bounds on load time, cutting off menu
entries as soon as you expand a menu group.

Beside that we fix that gap in IE already with a javascript call. Does this
not work anymore? I don't have an IE at hand.
