[dev] OtherMailAccounts - Can't see "Mail server type to connect to:" select menu

With a cvs update from early this morning, I can no longer see the "Mail server
type to connect to:" select menu from horde/imp/lib/Fetchmail/imap.php when
trying to add an additional account.

I've checked everything, I think.  Framework, pear, config directory.  I get no
errors.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  It worked yesterday, now I'm worried
that I may have changed something.:-/
