there's a slight problem now that the js files for htmlarea are outside of the
/templates/ directory: javascript.php can't include them. it is hardcoded to
include only in $app/templates/javascript/ directory.

if we do give javascript.php free reign outside of the templates/javascript dir,
how do we limit it to only javascript files and stop it inlining any other
file?
