[dev] about horde & pear

Hi all

I re-post this one, since I can't get

How about PEAR-ization of horde framework? I took a look at the code and 
I saw it's strongly horde-dependent (many calls to Horde:: objects, 
included files from HORDE_BASE, etc). Are you going to let it less 
horde-dependent (at last no more horde-dependent)?

I mean: if someone would use it, should do it just inside an horde 
application, provided all $register/$conf/etc inside an horde app skel, 
right?
