[dev] Can't add additional accounts to fetch

I forgot to add that I also blew away the templates/fetchmail/* and re-cvs co
and that my old fetchmail configurations, form prefs, of about a week ago work
fine and I reconfigure them for other servers and protocols.  That is why I
chose to create a new user.
