[dev] Kronolith Attendee Functionality (Part 1/2)

Hello all,

Well, here's the big one. Attendee & Free/Busy functionality migrated from 
Moment to Kronolith.

I've touched a lot of files and moved a lot of stuff from Moment to Kronolith, 
so I've tar/gzip'ed up everything into two packages. There's a README in this 
package which gives a general overview of this modification, so I'll keep 
this mail short and sweet. This package contains new files and stuff from 
Moment that I've moved to Kronolith.

Note that I did NOT develop with the SQL drivers; i only patched them to what 
I thought was necessary for the attendee stuff to work AFTER I had all the 
code working, but I could have screwed them up. I wasn't able to test these 
SQL driver changes so it might not work at all; if they don't work just 
scream and shout and I'll give everyone a detailed description of what I 
actually changed in the drivers, in order for someone more familiar with the 
SQL stuff to patch them up.

It should be pretty obvious though from the README & patches, so I'll leave it 
at that for now.
