[dev] Kronolith Fatal error: Call to undefined function: makedate()

Thanks, Chuck, for the previous fix.  I've now managed to
duplicate the error that Richard Heggs reported earlier.

/usr/local/www/data/horde/kronolith/lib/Driver.php on line
319

I've just updated everything and run install-framework.php. 
Could it be a configuration issue?
