Is the Horde development team aware of the Xaraya project (http://www.xaraya.com)?

They have some excellent ideas about :
  * user management

  * module hooks       (http://docs.xaraya.com/docs/rfcs/rfc0042.html)

After exploring a number of web application frameworks, I consistently come back 
to Horde and Xaraya.
