*blush*  Never test things unless the caffeine:blood ratio is at least 1:1.

Bug 1 existed only in my mind.  I had not set the default identity of the
recipient (no reply-to, and it seems, $identity->getValue('from_addr') returns
""), so Imp couldn't construct the headers correctly.

Bug 2 seems to be real though...
