[dev] Kronolith "Show Calendar" patch

Hi guys,

Here's a small patch that you may find useful - it modifies the "Show 
Calendars" select box at the top right of the screen on Kronolith's pages.

What it does is split the calendar list into calendars the current user owns 
and shared calendars (i.e. calendars that are not owned by the user but are 
also not remote calendars). It then updates the select box display to show 
these shared calendars as a separate list, underneath the users' calendars. 
Each entry in the shared calendar list is displayed as "[calendar_owner] 
calendar_name".

I thought this was needed as when sharing calendars among users, just seeing 
the calendars' name isn't very useful, especially if multiple users have a 
calendar named "Business", for example. Previously it was impossible to see 
who owned each calendar in the list.

I also changed the active modifier on the select box to a plus sign if the 
calendar is shown, and a minus sign if it is hidden. Personally I think this 
is easier to understand than the asterisk display, but that's just me :-)
