[dev] Kolab theme update

Hey,

This is just a small update to the Kolab theme, which makes the side menu 
stand out a bit more and adds a logo using the new per-theme logo code.

I've also included the Kolab logo that we use, which should go 
in /horde/graphics - it would be nice if this could be included in Horde, but 
it's not a problem if you don't want to commit it.
