[dev] Kolab Driver Release (finally)

Hello guys,

Well, after months and months of work we're finally able to release the Kolab 
drivers for the various Horde apps that comprise the Kolab Webclient 
(Kronolith, Mnemo, Nag and Turba). This release is similar to the attendee 
stuff I posted a while back - there are a couple of patches to existing 
files, as well as a bunch of new files, all archived up.

I've included patches to the applications' conf.xml files to allow people to 
select and configure the Kolab drivers. I've also pretty much re-written 
framework/Kolab/Kolab.php, and added one new configuration variable to 
Horde's main configuration file. There's also a patch to 
framework/Data/Data/vcard.php to bring it up to a usable state for our Turba 
driver, and an update to hooks.php.dist to add in the IMP folder 
redirection/icon hooks that we use.

Well, that's it for the Kolab Webclient in terms of functionality! Any patches 
after this should just be bug fixes (unless I've forgotten to post some 
necessary files :-). Once all this is committed, the new home of the Kolab 
Webclient will officially be Horde CVS.

(Now then, how about that Horde CVS access ;-)
