[dev] Services_Weather error [PATCH]

Spokane has the luxury of three different weather stations, so the 
search returns an array and thus the get* functions hiccup, when they 
get an array passed. Rick, could you please take a look at the 
block-code? Apparently the array handling isn't working the way it's 
supposed to do :-P (Or maybe you're using an old version of the 
weatherdotcom-block, Jason?)
