[dev] Undefined index ... I'm at a loss ...

Notice: Undefined index: imp in /usr/local/www/webmail/imp/lib/api.php on line 56

The above is the same configuration that is running on 
webmail.demo.hub.org, I've checked the php.ini file for anything I may 
have been missing ... nothing looks missing ... I've checked the INSTALL 
file to make sure that all required modules are installed, and the PHP is 
configured the same way ...

But I'm obviously still missing *something* :(
