[dev] IMP: Show localized INBOX-name instead of "INBOX"?

I don't think it is really required for draft, sent-mail, trash, etc as 
they can be defined in preference (I changed the default in 
imp/config/prefs.php).  Only INBOX is hard-coded and really need 
localization.
