[dev] [PATCH] Kronolith: Monthly recurring events don't appear in some months

Here's a one line fix for Kronolith's kronolith/lib/Driver.php
It was generated against the kronolith-HEAD-2004-09-28 snapshot, which
contained the latest revision of the file at the time (1.88)

The issue:
Some recurring events don't appear in certain months. (Like November of
this year, and February most years)

Steps to reproduce:
- Create an event in September 2004 that recurs "every 1 month(s) on the
same date" (I used the 6th)
- Go to November 2004 or February 2005
- Your event likely doesn't appear in either place

This is my first patch, so any guidance/suggestions/criticism anyone has
to offer is greatly appreciated.
